Based on the initial liquidity strategy developed as part of the opportunity thesis, a business will seek to be acquired or create a liquidity event within 3 to 5 years.

Vinicius Andrade, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in branding, digital strategy, technology, and back-office operations, leads AVVENTURE Capital. With a passion for building companies from the ground up, Vinicius brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to every brand in our portfolio. His personal mantra, “I’m a builder, not a manager,” reflects his commitment to nurturing and growing businesses.
Andressa Utzig, our Managing Partner, is a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of market dynamics and financial behavior. Her expertise in planning businesses and fostering growth is instrumental in driving the success of the brands we support.
